About Blair Kessler
Before founding Three Zero Growth, I spent nearly two decades helping organizations grow with discipline and purpose, first as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and later as Chief Commercial Officer at GoHealth.
My career began on the back of a garbage truck in Janesville, Wisconsin. That experience taught me the value of hard work, humility, and earning respect through effort.
I earned my undergraduate degree at Northwestern and my MBA at Kellogg. Now based in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, I’m a son, brother, and uncle, most at home on the golf course, in the gym, or cheering for the Packers – proud to call Wisconsin home.
